Nico Grauer

Nico describes himself as an eternal optimist, feeling strongly that transparency, honesty and trust are imperative when building relationships, whether in his personal life or in business. He loves hearing about other peoples’ dreams and ambitions and he believes anything is achievable given the right mindset. Nico loves to see others succeed. He is always willing to listen and help in any way he can, especially if it means overcoming an obstacle or accomplishing a goal!

Nico believes Victoria is a “lifestyle first” community, which is why he lives there. He enjoys the outdoors immensely. You can find him trail running Mount Doug, playing tennis at Beacon Hill Park or taking in the views during a leisurely stroll along on Dallas Road. Nico maintains a mind/body approach to his life that helps him stay balanced and happy. Attitude is everything.

Nico’s journey into real estate started when he purchased his first investment condo in Victoria. Since then he has never looked back, enthusiastically immersing himself in the industry. He wants to share this beautiful city with others who want to call Victoria their home.

Nico was born and raised in the smaller community of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island, to which he attributes a lot of his small town personal traits. “When you know everyone in your community, it creates a feeling of pride and accountability that brings out the best in people, as you learn quickly to treat others the way you want to be treated.” Nico attended the University of Victoria where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics while minoring in Business. He has called Victoria home ever since.
